Big Smile DELL Finally Fixed the PPC2003 problem ~!!
Today the dell has send me a new units because mine touch screen got problem.. the the new unit come with PPC2003 as well and there is no slow down ,hangs problem anymore.. it just run fine and the even faster that my another axim basic with ppc2002..

Finally they Fixed it and the patch will come out in very soon..

i guess the patch has install with my new unit.. because the rom rev. is a bit diffrent with my previous one ...


WEll Done DELL ~~!! :D :p

but the numbers behind are different

which is A04 (06140301 EN)

That's the same ROM that I am running. I just got mine last week, and mine runs slower than my Ipaq 3650... I would doubt that they have fixed anything based on this information...

Sorry, I should've been more specific. What OS version are you running? Mine is 4.20.1081. Tokyoboy is running a different one and say his Ax performs just fine.

ahhhhh didt change the upgrade release date still shipping 7/23


i really dont know why i care i use my axim for a gps and games and surfing by the pool... :/

Wow! this has to be something, both my slow axims are runing 4.201081 (build 13100)

How can we get an update to build 14000?

How does one see the information you are looking at? I see in my System Information a ROM version only, and it's in a slightly different format than yours.
