New versions of operating systems aren't usually offered for download anywhere, why should this be any different.

Offering a ROM update via download is a little different since you already own a licensed copy of the original operating system (sorta like a service pack). I'm sure that once ROM updates become available for 2003 they will be available via download just like the existing 2002 updates. I'll also be willing to be they will not run on a device that is currently running PPC 2002.

those reencode4PPC movies are tested on an AXIM X5 advance running 2002. if an UPGRADE version of 2003 ever comes out for the axim i am sure the guy doing those would be happy to upgrade his axim and streamline the encodes for functionality under 2003 but by the time DELL gets it out to the public project mayo will have probably gotten pocketMVP updated officially.
