Mad Connecting to the Internet using Pass Through?

My last Axim had the be shipped back to Dell for replacement. My Tech told me after being on the phone for hours that it was shot. My replacement has the new 2003 Pocket OS.

Is anyone, other than myself, having difficulties getting it to connect to the internet using the Cradle Pass Through Method?

I thought connecting to the Web was supposed to be easier with the new OS. So far, it not (for me)!!

So far have not had any problems. You have to go into the rules on the AS and make sure it is set for Internet and not workstation, click on options>rules>m passthrough is set for Internet instead of workstation, that should take care of the problem for you!

Is working for mine and I also have a firewall on my desktop computer besides the one supplied with the router, have to grant mine permission to go to the internet, but otherwise it does work. took me a couple of tries but otherwise, ( Knocking on wood ), am downloading one of the free e books from Microsoft reader directly to the Axim.

Respect is due! That one has been driving me nuts!!!

I had it working when I first got the little beast the I "fixed" it. Hmmm. Your tip works a treat. Many thanks.

Don't suppose you have any tips on getting a Blue Monkey bluetooth card to work with 2003?

Thanks
