Can I install PPC2002 from 2003 ?

Hi,

Im new to this board so "Hello" :D

I have a question, I got my Axim 400mhz 2 weeks ago and Ive noticed that the majority of games that I try wont run at all.
From reading this forum it would appear to be a problem with PPC2002.

Is there any way I can install 2002 ? And if so, where do I get it from ? My mate has 2002 on his Ipaq, could I use that or is this illegal ?

I don't think that is feasable...here's why.

1) The Axim doesn't seem to allow "downgrades". Someone did post a way around this, but it was kind of dodgy. You could risk having a completely unusable Axim.

2) The operating system is delivered as just part of a complete ROM image, which contains all the drivers, programs, etc, for a specific make and model of PC. That's why the OS has to come from the hardware vendor and not directly from Microsoft. Trying to load the ROM image of an IPAQ onto an AXIM would most likely have undesired results.

In that case, does anyone know how to run Turjah / Turjah 2 on an Axim with PPC2003 ?
