Where can I go on the dell site to buy the upgrade CD that everyone is talking about?

It isn't anywhere. Your best bet right now is to call up Dell and order.

And this "upgrade cd" is supposed to have a patch? Or will the patch be available through the dell site?

Just trying to figure out if I should wait for this or if I should return my Axim. I am still within 30 days.

For some reason the upgrade has never been removed from the norwegian Dell pages, but I haven't tried to order as I might qualify for a free upgrade.

And you have PPC 2003 already? If so the patch should be available on line to current users of Windows Mobile 2003. If you have the current version of PPC2002, you would have to order the CD online (if available) or call.

If you really like the Axim, I'd say wait. Especially, if there is nothing wrong with it. I hope this helps a little.

So if I already have PPC 2003 I just have to wait for the free patch which will be available in a few weeks? And PPC 2002 users are required to purchase the upgrade CD?

Well, I don't think we are required to upgrade, but when Dell fixes the problem, I don't see why not. And, yes, I would keep the Axim.
