Worried Considering returning my Dell AXIM...

I have the Dell AXIM, 400 with WM2003. I am happy with it, but its hard to push up on the DPad thingie. I am still within my 30 day window, and would like to send it back for replacement. Think I could get Dell to also 'down grade' the AXIM to 2002 while they have it?

My DPad doesn't like to push up either. Wonder if they're all this way.

Man, getting impatient for a fix on 2003 too. This was my first Pocket PC, so I just thought Microsoft had written exceptionally crappy software. Some third party apps are working poorly too, but I don't know if it's the apps or 2003.

The Axim's D-Pad is notorious for its sponginess. By design, there is no tactile feedback when moving it in any of the directions. Only when pressing down will you feel a "click".
