Internet Explorer Toolbar Missing

Hello All,
I recently lost my Internet Explorer Toolbar. I'm talking about the one with the Refresh, Back, Favorites, ect. on it. I'm not sure why I lost it other than that I clicked on a link in an e-mail and my Axim froze, when I restarted it was gone. Any suggestions on how to get it back?
