I've done my share of complaing about Dell but I have never thought they were delibertly trying to "Decieve" me...act out of ignorance or stupidity ...well yeah; but Dell's name still carries a lot of weight with me. But what do I know? I am only a satisfied owner of a DEll AX, former owner of Dell laptop, have 2 Dell PC's in the house and jsut ordered one for a little old lady that needs a dependable machine....
