unable to format SD card under WM2003

Has any one else had problems formatting SD cards under WM2003? I have tried using Storagetools [ver 1.5] and Flash format 2.51 but either the operation is cancelled or I am told I do not have exclusive access to the card..

The card is not read only and there are no applications / data on the card...
The card[s[ can be formatted using another AXIM running PC2002
is this just the two apps I have used or is this a bug in th OS... or can anyone suggest another Formatting tool that does work under MW2003

Thanks

Alex

I just did a search on both programs, and from what I have found, it does not explicitly state that they are WM 2003 compatible.

SoftWinter is now at version 1.6 - maybe you could try that... http://www.softwinter.com/download.html (Its dated yesterday!)

CNetX seems to suggest Flash Format is currently not compatable...
