Success or Failure? Success on first attempt

If Failure, at what point did the update fail?

If it failed at 1/13, how many dots (next to the indicator) are displayed?

Were you updating an Axim Basic (300 MHz) or Axim Advanced (400 MHz)? Axim Advanced

What type of PC were you using to update the Axim?....and what OS is it running? Dell Inspiron 8100 with Win XP Home

Were you using a USB or a Serial connection? USB Cradle
