MODS, Try this Survey:

The Dell Axim itself also has version numbers. To find your revision number, remove the main battery pack, local the bottom white sticker, and on the bottom left, it will say 'Rev A??'.

Post your:
1.) 300 or 400?
2.) Revision Number
3.) Successful?

Mine is:
1.) 400
2.) A02
3.) Successful

Why would you want to look at your Units revision number? To see if each unit version has something to do with the failures? And you really don't need to acknowledge your serial number. each character will be unique on every unit.

no, if you have the secret revision number, you win a 2 day, 2 night trip to disneyworld courtesy of dell.

of course every serial is unique but axims manufatured at the same time and place would probably have very similar serial numbers. there is most likely some pattern. for instance, from an nec monitors' serial, you can tell what plant it was mfg'd at and the date it was mfg'd on. i'm guessing the dell serials aren't just random, meaningless, unique id's.
