Axim 2003 + Pretec GPS-LP = Doesn't work!!

Hi,
I've a Dell Axim X5 @400 Windows Mobile 2003 and a Pretec CF GPS-LP.
I've downloaded the new Pretec driver for WM2003, but it doesn't work.
I think the main problem is that Pretec is installed on COM7, while the Pretect GPS-Server program searches in COM5.

Is there a way to change COM: settings in Windows CE??

Is there someone with the same problems??

You should be able to change where your GPS software looks for your GPS ... If not then the software is pretty piss poor designed ... All the ones I've used to change change what comm port is searches ... If you couldn't then there would be a lot of GPS units you could not use because not all use the same ports .. I've had some GPS usints that use Comm 5 and some that use Comm 7 ...

Try the new driver v2.7 for Dell Axim with WM2003
It works for me using COM5. The "New Modem Detected" does not pop up anymore.

After a lot of email to PRETEC, they tell me this a few days ago:

Sorry, we found there have some regedit install problem come from PPC2003 OS.
The attached . CAB file is not support for most PPC2003 PDA.
So, We release V2.7 driver and put it for test .

Now I'm downloading the new driver and i'll test it soon (i haven't a lot of time for now..)
