Money in PPC 2003

I'm thinking of upgrading my Ax to PPC 2003, but I've heard that Money for pocket PC 2003 will not sinc or work with Money 2002 on my desktop PC, has anybody heard of this, has this kind of problem already.
I find it strange that Microsofts newer software is usually backwards compatible with older software, but in this case it may no be true.

Does anybody have any info or advise on this matter.

Pocket Money 2002 indeed does not work on Pocket PC 2003. Seems daft but it doesn't. I've heard of no new release yet either.

Not quite ;)

Check here for instructions on loading Money on WM2003. It's a workaround, obviously, but gets the job done and poses no syncing problems that I've heard of. I used it myself until my copy of Money 2004 came in - which, btw, is pretty cheap on Amazon right now.
