I've seen a few at Staples, but to be honest haven't looked hard at them. I download most of my software and install it.

Much easier to download
You can look at stores like CompUSA and such, but downloading is much easier. If you don't have access to the internet it will be difficult however. If you have a PC but no internet, you can get some programs on CD, but not many. Find a friend with access, download and burn to CD if possible.
Or have a friend with a PPC download to his PPC and beam it to you (cabs only). | ||||

Welcome to the site.
I too have seen some at Staples. Be careful about the cards though. Make sure that the programs on the cards are compatible with Windows Mobile devices. There are some where the apps are specifically written for the Palm and thus will not work. | ||||
