Duplicate Contact Information

Hope this is an easy one for all the veterans around here. I have several contacts at the same company, How can I duplicate all the info when entering a new contact at the same place without having to enter everything all over again? The only thing I would be changing is contact name/title/direct line/e-mail.

Create a contact with all of the information in it. Save the contact. You should now see it in your contacts list. Make sure that it is highlighted. If it is not then tap on it to open the contact and then close it. Then go to the Tools menu and Select Copy Contact. It will duplicate your contact. Then open the duplicate and make the necessary changes. Repeat this for each contact that is at the same company.

Or get Pocket Informant, which allows you to set up contact templates. (I assume Agenda Fusion does, too, but I've never used it.)

You could go that route if you already have PI or Agenda Fusion.
