Pocket PC automatically deleting/archiving outlook calendar?
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post or if this has been asked before, but I often need to refer back to my calendar entries on my IPAQ, but it seems to automatically delete those that are more than 4 weeks old. I need to keep them in there for much longer than that. Is there any way of stopping it from doing this? I've checked all the settings and cant find a way.
Help! Thanks! | |||

I appears as though Outlook on the desktop is auto-archiving your appointments. On Outlook desktop goto Tools -> Options -> Other -> AutoArchive. The options are there. You can also import your archived appointments back into Outlook so that it is synced back to the desktop.
