MediaPlayer: Exising Playlist

I am a new user of rx3115. Windows meda player has a song in the playlist that must have come with the system. It is "Prelude to Katie" by Vincent Horne. I'd like to get more from this artiest but can't find any information about the artist or song using google. altavista, or lycos. Can anyone tell me about this artist or song?

Hi mathjunkie & Kelly - sorry can't really help with your question - just wanted to welcome you both to the site

Withn regard to your question he only thing I could think of was looking in the manual to see if there was a copyright notice stating who owned the publishing rights to the music and then (if it is there) trying the publishers website
Regards

Rob

Hi all,

thank you very much for the interest. I am the musician you're looking for. I work for HP. They asked me if I would record something simple and clean for use on the 3100. I wrote and recorded/played this at my home studio. The short song on the iPAQ is titled "Prelude to Katie's Song". I wrote and recorded "Katie's Song" last year also, and the two go together. Katie is my daughter who just turned 1 year old last month.
I intended to create a website on www.vincenthorne.com to sample and sell my music, but have been very busy. I still own the url and plan to set it up soon.

if you're interested just email me at vini_da_jackal@hotmail.com and I'll email you a demo/clip of Katie's Song to see if you would like to get a copy on CD along with the prelude. A Cd would of course be of superior quality to mp3. I have other music also which I plan to put on the website, and I play/sing in a cover band called Copacetic here in Houston (see www.copaceticband.com , but honestly the website is only good for the demos we put on it). Our band plays the song "Katie's Song" as the only original (so far) live when we play out. It is a rock ballad.

thanks so much for the compliments!

best regards,
Vince
