On a side note, my axim ships august 14 :D
Axims that had the A04 version only had to be flashed with A05 and then they could be shipped.
On the other hand the CDs had to go thru the manufacturing process which is longer.

....hahahaha, their manufacturing facilities are massive, I think they can easily process 5000 CDs a day

"Did you pay shipping or get a discount on your order? I ordered mine on 7/1 and got it while Dell was running their 15% off and free shipping deal. Currently it shows a est ship date of 7/30, which has already passed and got a call last week saying the order could be delayed until 9/10."

I paid shipping. However i got the main thing for free, so i was charged like 8.50 total. I fell within the 30 day limit.

I assume we are all talking about the upgrade CD. I live in the US, paid full price for the CD and shipping.

Order Processing: Monday, June 23, 2003
Pre-production: Monday, June 23, 2003
Shipping Prep: Tuesday, July 22, 2003 (Grayed out)
Estimated Ship Date: Tuesday, July 22, 2003 (Grayed and crossed out)

New estimated ship date Tuesday, September 09, 2003

Maybe I should cancel my order and then reorder?:rolling:
