I just reviewed the status of my order and New Estimated Ship Date: Friday, September 12, 2003. What is everyone elses dates expected deliever?

Website still says Sept 10th, but I just got off the phone with Dell Customer Care, and after some checking, she said mine should ship in the next 1 to 2 weeks. Hope she's right!

I have limited myself from doing the forced update but really, Dell is as disapointing as always... my order page is not even updated, and no emails have been sent to update the info... if its not sent to me today i will never get it monday, that is of course if I will ever get the damn thing...

Mental i dont understand, you say its never being updated, but according to that it shipped out this very day and should be here by tuesday-thursday or something.


Anyway, i ordered wednesday (or mb very late tuesday), they gave me an estimated ship date of september 8 and arrival of 11-13th.

It shipped out yesterday and should be here anywhere from monday to thursday next week.

edit: oh is that saying when they expect it to happen and not when it DID happen? Ooops. if that is so, well good luck, hope it gets sent out.

My order was confirmed on July 2nd and the estimated ship date is July 31st. It has never changed. I called earlier this week to make sure it was not cancelled and got someone who didn't speak english as a first, second, or third language. He couldn't understand the questions I asked. I learned more about when my order will ship from this site than I did from him. So my ship date has come and gone and I don't have anything to show for it.

That's what mine says if you click on the order number. If I click on the "In Production" link instead, it gives me the paragraph I posted above, quoting an estimated end of the month ship date.

Same here. I ordered July 2, and is estimated for August 28.

I ordered mine 06/25/03 and the order page says ship date of 07/24/03. But they sent an email saying it would ship on 09/04/03.

Why if I ordered before other ppl is mine shipping after theirs?

And another thing, I recvd the email a day after I emailed Dell complaining about their piss poor service.
