Microsoft's attitude to fixing basic bugs is a complete disgrace. They add extraneous crap at the expense of basic reliability...

They've got a Knowledge Base bug 317110 which occurs with all-day yearly repeating appointments i.e birthdays & anniversaries. Find displays appointments between April - September as day+1.

This has been a problem from pre PPC2000 and is still not fixed in 2003.

Also, there's a bug with all-day appointments on the day the clocks go forward. When transferred from the PPC they sync as two day appointments in Outlook 2002.

Again, been there since the start and Microsoft has been informed.

And there's a problem with small calendar notes i.e. less than 8 characters that randomly go missing between PPC and Outlook.

Does anyone have any leverage at Microsoft either through contacts or via the fact they write reviews for magazines to get these basic problems fixed?
