Storing Programs on SD or CF card

I am sort of new at some of this and I am running with about 40% of my main memory left of my 2210. Is there a way to move programs fro the main memory to an SD or CF memory card if they are already installed in the main memory?

The safest/easiest way is to uninstall and reinstall them to the desired SD or CF.
