tried to update Rom from A02 - message tells me I cannot upgrade from A02 to A05 any ideas????? Do I need a later Rom and if so where do I obtain it?

No you shouldn't have to upgrade to A03 - I was using A02 and upgraded OK

The only problem I had was it wanted me to change the language settings - from english (uk) to english (us)

settings->regional settings

Other people have done a hard reset and this does the same thing

Of course you lose all your data, but your gonna do that when you upgrade anyway.....

My file keeps telling me It won't update from A03 to A05 - Dell have not come back to me yet - 3 days ago!!!!

A04 was available for download but kept stopping and failing to install - does it say anything else other than it won't do it....the language thing has been a problem for a number of UK users

Changed language to US - no change will not get past cannot upgrade from version A03
