hard reset

Hi guys. I recentle bought a ipq 5500 and would like to clarify certain things.
My hanheld came bundled with pocket word,excel etc. If i did a hard reset would I loose all those programs.

have any of you faced problems after uninstalling a program and the icon stays in the file explorer even though the files are removed. If so how do you get rid of those icons.

Would appreciate it if you could help me out

nizar. Welcome to the site. The programs you mention are installed in ROM which is protected from hard resets so you won't loose them (even if you wanted to). Also it is not uncommon for the Remove Programs utility to leave icons and sometimes feven folders and files behind on your PC. You can use File Explorer to clean them up. Enjoy the site.
