I'm wanting to know, is there any point in upgrading from 2002, to 2003 OS?
What are the diffrences between them to?

Its Not That Theirs A Difference.. They Are Not Even The Same Thing As Far As Being An O/s Is Concerned. Simplest Terms.. 2002 Is Built On An Old Ce, 2003 Is Built On Ce4.2 And Then Enhanced Tremendously, It Would Be Like Compairing Windows 3.1 To Windows Xp... Literally...

So it would be good investment in buying the upgrade kit from Compaq?

I think the upgrade lies in 2 options:

1. You buy the WM2003 upgrade CD from HP
Advantage:
Minimum investment
Your current accessories, such as Jackets, cases, etc.. can still be used
Disadvantage:
No way to upgrade further to SE or future OS (as HP is not releasing any)
(WM2003SE has built-in support for Landscape view, VGA support etc..)

2. You buy a new Pocket PC (iPAQ Hx27xx or Dell Axim x50(V), for example)
Advantage:
New Processors
Bigger memory, hopefully
Already has the latest OS
Disadvantage:
Expensive option

The reason why I suggest option 2 is that the 3835 has been released for more than 3 years, it might present you with the perfect opportunity for you to upgrade.

Well my iPAQ is a 3845 - not use on diffrence. But for now - i think i will go with option one.
