WM2003 Fix Needed - What would You Do?

I ordered my axim around/about the second week in July. So. . .I have WM2003 and it's a bit funky.

I have done nothing thus far other than lurk in these forums and await another shot at downloading the patch if/when they release it again (I missed the short window last month).

If you were in my shoes on this would you:

1) Call Dell and order the CD so that it is sent to you when they begin shipping them.

2) Continue to wait and assume that they will release it for download again in the next month or so.

3) Other.

Thanks for any advice.

order CD, or if you want to DL Wait for official word from dell,
even if it appears on FTP again, still wait for offical word from Dell.

I would NEVER risk my 300$ axim for an un-offical software upgrade. - Too many people have fried their axims.

It's my understanding that the Axims shipping now are fine. If you are within your 30 day window, you can return your Ax and reorder. I ended up returning mine when there was no word of a fix. Of course, I will admit that I am a very impatient person

How patient are you? If you can hold out til the patch is available, then you should do that. The Ax is a great device
