reseting iPAQ rx3715 to it origanal out of the box seting

I would like to know how to reset the hole system to how i got it out of the box.

Hold the play looking button on left and the turning arrow on the right and put the stylus into the rest hole on the underside left corner. This will hard reset the device however it will not delete anything in the Ipaq file store so is not a complete reset. Not sure if there is anything that will reset to factory. Hard reset is very close.
