Emails from Calendar?

Perhaps this is well known, but today I got a surprise when someone called that they had received an email from me, I'd never remember wriiting. Given the cryptic subject line however, it didn't appear to be a typical spoof, my iPAQ had sent it!

This past weekend, I had recorded a number of events for the coming week and did something I seldom do, is to also input the 'Attendees' list for some appointments. Then today, when I cradled my system, off the email went to these folks!

Is there a way to disable this feature?

Well, if you remember to you can visit your outbox before syncing and delete the emails before they are sent, I use pocket Informant which asks if you want to inform attendees. There is an option on this diaglog [Do not ask again] the default calender does not offer this (another good reson to get pocket informant) .
Thanks

Rich
