Choosing SMTP server

Here is the deal.

My home provider prevents me from using other smtp except the provider STMP. Now, i could use the smtp for all my email account except that if i am somewhere else other then on my provider network i am unable to send throught there smtp if i am not on there network. So that is a pain and require to edit account setting and change smtp server each time i'm someplace else.

Now when you use microsoft outlook you always have the choice to send email from which ever account you want, and that would solve my issue.

But how could i work around this in pocket pc? a other mail client?
