File Sync question

I have a question if this is possible:

On my desktop is a folder called POCKETPC My Documents, any files that I put in there get synced over to the PPC's My documents folder in RAM.

But that leaves me moving them over to the CF card manually, is there a way that I can get them to sync where I want them to, so for example, I want
Alvin.gsf to sync to a folder called WORK on my CF card, but want Iris.gif to sync to my IPAQ store folder.

Is there any 3rd party file sync that would do this for me. Im rather tired of doing it all manually.

Thanks for any replies.

I think Mightsync does what you want.
My "My PDA" now updated with hints and tips including a ROM fix for the RX3700 series and installing Transport Tycoon onto your PDA.
