is it possible to send pocket word or pocket acrobat reader documents as attachments using pocket outlook?

i have had problems doing this in the past. it may have something to do with the recipient's antivirus software but i'm not sure.

if it is possible do the documents undergo a lot of reformatting if opened on a laptop with word/acrobat reader proper?

alternatively, are there any other good email apps that do not have any of these problems?

it would be great if i could send such documents via email on my pda without an awful lot of formatting. any help is appreciated. thanks.
