Weird PIM behaviour
Out of all the problems I have had with my device over the year I have had it (probably all of them for the RX3715 under the sun!!!) this one has got to be the weirdest. Basically, when I open calendar, messaging or tasks it occasionally (very rarely) it makes the screen go a solid colour and only a soft reset fixes it and then it won't happen for a acouple of days. That is strange in itself but to make it more weird, the colour of the screen is never the same, I have had green (both dark and light!), red, blue, yellow, white and a few others.
I doubt that anyone else is having or has had this problem but just by the off chance someone might. I don't really want to do a hard reset as I have got it to how I like and I can't really do any kind of a restore as the problem may come back I will try Pocket Informant again but I didn't really like it last time but if it fixes the problem it may be worth it. These PDA's are really weird.

Doesn't sound like a software issue...more like a hardware issue.
Screen may be on it's way out?

It can happen after a long use of the PDA or if I open the PIM within a few seconds of turning it on in the morning.

You're right - this is weird!
It sounds like it might be a software issue, perhaps to do with screen resolution. It may be a conflict caused by another program or setting (e.g. have you done anything to tweak the display?). Short of doing a hard reset & loading one program at a time it would be hard to prove my theory, so I would be tempted to do nothing for now but wait & see if someone else reports the same problem. Sorry I can't help more ![]()

I haven't done anything to tweak the display (always thought that was a bit dodgy). I was thinking the same and not do a hard reset as it's not really worth it.
I was just posting to see if anyone else had aswell. I guess not, arhwell.
