Left hand slider?

I've lived with the right handed slider bars on most software but surely there is a tweak to fix this?
Does anyone have help for the 25% of us who are left handed?

There isn't a tweak for the Windows mobile OS as I understand it. There are some softwares that do provide for you 'sinister' people [15th century. Via French < Latin, "left"; from the superstition that the left side is unlucky].

Pocket Breeze is one of 'em.
