Wireless LAN Utility not found in PPC 2002

I'm not able to see "Wireless LAN Utility" under Settings/System in Pocket PC 2002. Is this something that Microsoft sells in an expansion pack of some sort?

I'm using ipaq h3650 with PCMCIA expansion jacket + Compaq WL100 802.11b card

There is no wireless utility in PPC02 and, as far as I know, M$ doesn't have anything that can be added. You need to use whatever is provided by the adapter drivers. There are some third party programs that you might find useful that are discussed in Wifi Apps / Sniffers / Links thread in the wireless forum.

That's what I thought too. I'm using PocketWinC by http://www.cirond.com/pocketwinc.php I've tried many other wifi apps and pocketwinc is the only one that worked for PPC 2002.
