Question for upgrade CD........

My friend just give me one PPC2003 upgrade CD, because he gave me AXIM as a gift before.......

I read from here, dell's first PPC2003 upgrade has some bugs....

My question are,

1) How many upgrade CDs did Dell released before?
2) How can I know this CD contains bugs or bug-free?
3) If I install this upgrade, is that A05 is a good version of PPC2003?

Unless your bud got hold of a bootlegged CD from within Dell. Is this CD you have an "Official Dell CD", or did your buddy burn it from the wacky patch from the Dell FTP Server?
