Nope, you'd need an emulator on the PPC to do that. Just like you need an emulator to run a windows program on a mac.

z2c4:

Please do not cross post the same thread into multiple forums. Most members read all the forums, so your question will get answered if someone knows the answer. The reason not to do this is so that the answers will be all in one place.....instead of spread out over 3 or 4 different threads. Thanks for the cooperation.

p.s. It is not possible to emulate PC programs on the PPC.

because CE is a version of the desktop windows with lots of the functionality cut out. It lacks some of the basic hardware and software capabilities to even build an emulator.

As I sad z2c4, can you run windows programs on a Macintosh? No, the OS is different and the processor is different. Windows CE and Windows XP are two totally different OS's at this time. You might want to look at a Tablet PC, those run WinXP so you could do what you wish.

You can emulate DOS on a PPC, it's called Pocket DOS, never tried it, but you can run some old DOS software.

There are ports of some PC games for PPC, such as Simcity 2000, Age of Empires, Tomb Raider, Rampage, Need for Speed (not sure if it will be released since the beta sucked), etc.

The HW is too limited to emulate a PC on a PPC, about the only thing that emulate a PC is a Mac.
