Interesting... my order status just went from an expected shipment of September 1st to July 25th. Now, unless Dell has invented some kind of time machine, I wonder how they're going to stick to this???

If it's any consolation, mine was supposed to be delivered 9/2-9/4. Now it says delivery estimate of July14-16. Gee, needed that comic relief for the day.

I got a voicemail this week from Dell, and the voice is so garbled that I had to listen to it 4 times to figure out who it was from. Not one single word came through clearly... I just forwarded it to the guy at work here who communicates with Dell on our behalf. :P

Apparently mine is supposed to be delivered July 14 as well .

Mine was changed to Sept. 4 a month ago but now is changed to July 24.

I just got a voicemail from Dell. My upgrade order will now not ship before 10/7. This just gets better and better

I, too, just got a call from Dell. Shipping date of 10/7 also.

I also got the voicemail from Dell, but it also told me the order would be canceled if I didn't respond to Dell by phone or email by 8/28/03 to let them know I still wanted the upgrade CD! I have no trouble with my 2002 do I really want the upgrade? Hum!

I just got the word from Dell that 10/7 is the next day they plan on delaying shipment.

I cancelled my order and recommend everyone one else does the same. (Our voice will be heard in numbers) This will send a clear message to their "lack of product support department" to either support their equipment or lose loyal customers.

Somehow I don't think Dell even cares about our piddly little $30 (give or take). The sad thing is that the Axim is a great PPC, but people are gonna miss out because of the way Dell has handled this upgrade.

2002 is still a good platform to run. I don't think that will turn too many people off. Or at least I hope that it doesnt

Update from dell my mm2003 shipment has been delayed until 9/19!!! Still Waiting....

At this point I really don't think Dell is even going to ship the upgrade CD's to us. I have 2002 so I don't care if I get it or not but what about the people with 2003 that haven't upgraded yet and have slow ppc's? They are the real people suffering here!!

I just checked my order status on the website. Delivery has moved from 9/2-9/4 to 9/8-9/10. The Dell voicemail said 10/7. Perhaps it will arrive somewhere in the middle?
