I have a 5450 running PPC2003. I use pocket plus as my interface with my programs. Recently, screen taps when trying to start up a program have caused a soft reset.

How do I fix this.

I have never heard of this problem before - silly question, but you haven't got one of your fingers/thumbs over a button when you tap the screen, have you?

Is this happening when you tap the screen once, or if you do a 'double tap'?

It may be that you will have to raise this direct with spbsoftware - have you looked on their site to see if others have reported this problem?
