I doubt this will work... The e750 has an extender which provides USB host capabilities. That's what you'd be plugging the HD into. There's a card for the Axim which can do that and it includes its own drivers... check here:

I've seen that link before, but I must have misread the ANYPak site... in earlier comments and correspondence it seemed they were aiming to create a driver that did not need host capabilities and it was wishful thinking...
