messaging questions

I wondered if anyone has any problems receiving their text messages. When i go to messaging, text messages, inbox, it shows a little (17). If I choose that option (inbox), I get a blank screen. At the bottom, it says text messages 0 items, 17 unread. I am going to go crazy trying to find these messages. Please help. Thanks.

click on the top where it says inbox, with a little drop down arrow. you should see the available mms outlook and text message inboxes, with corresponding unread message count.

if, for example, you have 17 unread messages, they may be in deleted items, so they may not be visible within the inbox. you may have outlook set to sync with pocket outlook, leaving unread messages on the device

probably useless information. thought id throw that out either way

that didn't work

The menu reads text messages and under that inbox (21). When I choose inbox, I get a blank screen. I still shows as 21 unread messages.

Do you have only the headers? If you go in Pocket Outlook, you can configure to get the headers only, part of the text or full e-mail with attachements

I now have 27 unread messages. I set it up to synch, but it did not. I don't even have access to them to delete them. It is very puzzling.
