Just checked my WM2003 order status...

It says it will ship 9-4-2003 and that the total cost is $0.00. Are the giving it too us for nothing now since we had to wait forever? Or is this just a glitch? Their website was acting weird so it may be a glitch.

Anyone else shows a date of 9-4 and $0.00?

Mine says Oct. 7 and the charges are still there.

That's ok. My status shows that the upgrade was shipped on July 2 and my order is complete. :crooked:

Mine says it will be sent on the 8/9/2003 so I am not to sure of what is going on either.
Everyday the status page changes by a day or two.?????

If your status is 'In Production', click on it and you get a more recent update.
Mine says to be shipped 9/10/2003.

My order got canceled without notice, it was the answer that I got from Dell's customer support 5 minutes ago. They canceled all of the WM2003 "upgrade" orders. You will see your order status as completed and shipped with the Total price of $0, that's means "Order Canceled" !!!!!!

Don't expect they will give you the "UPGRADE" for FREE because you waited so long!! Instead, they cancel all the upgrade orders!! The customer support says that old AXIM has compatiable issue with the 2003 upgrade, so that they cannot offer the upgrade now until they have the solutions!! May be no upgrade at all, still a question mark!!!!!!! Good Luck!!:rolling:

hmmmmmmm, I wonder what compatibility issues they are having. Mine runs PERFECT, well no new wierd stuff has happened since the upgrade. I think dell is LYING to you. You should call them up and sing. Lier, lier, pants on fire! Until they give it to you for FREE!

It looks like I'm in the same shape as hanklin - order canceled and no notification whatsoever was received from Dell . Based on what I've read here, it's hard to believe there is a major bug with the upgrade.

I've been mum about it 'til now (figuring that ordering my own copy from Dell was better) and based on all the uproar, never got a copy of the file. But a friend DL'd the 30 MB A05 update back in late July 30, just before Dell yanked it off the website. I can't see why I shouldn't get a copy and try it now.
