I've been trying to make CF Bluetooth billionton card work with my axim and wm2003 and I could not make it... until today... I picked the old driver wich can be downoaded here:
http://www.cadmusmicro.com/bluetooth/BBTW_CE.zip Pass: 063003 (I think this works with any Bluetooth CF card that uses WIDCOMM drivers, try at your own risk) the workaround is the same as it was with the driver in the PCC2002 but this time we should use port 6 instead of 7, why? dunno, but works: 1) Plug in Bluetooth Card 2) Install the Driver (run setup.exe - don't just add it using activesync.) - make sure it's installed on RAM. 3) Download a REGISTRY EDITOR for PPC 4) Set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Widcomm\BtConfig\Seria lTransport\Port make sure it's "6" (it has to be 6 instead of 7 now) 5) Soft Reset your PPC and enjoy (I'm using an old post from funks) Maybe this post should be posted in the wireless forum as well. I hope that helps you, its working without problems in my axim now. deandres3d ![]() PD: the file attached to the post is a reg file that you should just execute into your PDA to add automaticly the changes to the registry.

Billionton Bluetooth almost works 2003
I think this almost works but as the last post says the pocket PC does not recognise there is a card in it so it's impossible to bond or pair with another device like a mobile phone when trying to set up a dial up network connection. The Widcom software can do that but not the wizard for the dialup connection. The error message suggests that there may be a conflict with the IR port. I'll give it another day then revert to PPC2002 or does any one have a cure?

Yep.
Same thing happened to me, the dell forum fix didn't fix my drivers until i took deandres advice(thanks man!). I've just put in some cool bt dialup links so I've got both GPRS and GSM data working through it. The only thing I can't seem to figure out is how to beam a file using the bt, since Widcomms software doesn't seem to support beam over bt and the builtin windows thing doesn't know about the bt card. Anyone got any suggestions for beaming through bt with this setup?
