to the new aximsite. I don't there is using the standard pocket outlook email. You can use third party email programs that do this. I used nPOPw which is freeware. Make sure you get the latest version. It was a bit messy to install as it left files all over the place, but it did work.

There are several other freeware email programs as well - search is your friend right here on aximsite- that offer more flexibility than the standard MS offering.

Finally, there are commercial programs such as webis Flexmail. Good luck in your search.

You can modify a setting within the desktop Outlook email setup so email messages are retained on the email server for some period of time. That way, you can download the email to the PDA AND to the computer. When email is downloaded to the PDA, the email will still be on the server and the same messages can also be downloaded to the desktop computer or viewed via online web access email.

Open Outlook on your computer:
Select Tools > Email Accounts > View or Change. Select the Email account you're using. Click on the "Change" button. Then select the "More Settings" button. Select "Advanced" tab. Under the Delivery section, check "Leave a copy of message on server" and specify the # of days.If you use Outlook on your computer for email, you can set an option there.
