Your questions depends on how the data is packaged for tranmission from the source. Since you didn't specify what the source of the BT transmission is, I can only speculate...
For example, if something like a cellphone with BT is transmitting a signal to a headset, this is likely to take the form of a voice-grade data connection without a network IP address. Whereas a BT networking driver has to allow for conversion to TCP/IP, so it probably has an IP address inserted somewhere along the line.
