Question Summer Time Change - Western Australia

Western Australia will be moving to summer time in the near future. While Microsoft has provided a fix for Windows Mobile 6 users, it has not done so for Windows 2003SE users. Does any on e know of an available fix?

I had the same problem in New Zealand. Microsoft released patch for Windows Mobile 5/6, but not for 2003(SE).
I written my own program and using it changed time zone settings for my all devices including 2003 and 2003SE with square screen.
Have a look at my post here:

What you have to do is just copy my executable in any place in your mobile device and run it. The sceen will show your current time zone settings. Click on "action"->"updates". It will display all available updates. You can select all, or just W. Australia one (number 225). Then click on "action"-> "install". This will install selected updates into your registry, just the same way as Microsoft patch will.
Exit application. If your current time zone is W.Australia you have to change it to something else and then change it back. To do it go to settings->system->clock.
You can check your current timezone settings again using my application. The first screen will show you settings.
Hope it helps.

PS: You can delete my application after you install patch.
