Newest Dell Story A04-A05

Just got off the phone with Dell Support. Now I'm told the A04 to A05 2003 OS patch will be posted at Dell Support on 9/17.

Does anyone believe this or have similar information?

Uh No, as far as beleiving, I was told by a Dell tech that it would be on a CD ROM, and would be sent to all of us that have the ofending ROM version on the Axim. Go Figure, Gee, is Dell trying out for a spot in the Government? Get the Story Straight Please? :(

Spoke to Dell Support yesterday and got the same story as Richard Levy.

UPDATE: In spite of what I was told by Dell Support on Monday 9/8/03, I received my ROM Updater CD when I got home on 9/9/03. I ran the updater to go from A04 to A05. PPC 2003 seems to run much snappier (finally!!!) without the previous slow file access. Yee-Hah!!!
