System locks up with certain Calendar data

Hi,
Hope somebody can help..If any of my Calendar appointments contain data pertaining to a web link or other imported data, next time I syncronise my PDA software locks up completely and I have to do a hard reset and not use Calendar until the particular appointment has passed.
I have Windows Mobile 2003 second edition with Activsync 4.5 and a Dell Axim X50V.
