I have a Dell AXIM 30 with Windows Mobile Second Edition, Ver 4.21.1008

Are there any updates later than that one, or is there another later operating system that could be used on this device?

The version of IE in it is not supported by the latest Yahoo updates.

The Dell Axim 30 is not upgradeable to a later operating system. If you are having Internet Explorer issues, try using a different browser. Netfront and Opera are two great browsers that provide much more functionality:
