Got an X30H for Christmas so I'm using WM2003SE. (Which I considered part of 2003 so answered yes.) But if you think that's old somewhere I've got a Cassiopeia A10 Windows CE 1.0 device. Never got much use 'cause all I have is the PDA and the stylus, no way to sync, and it went through batteries like crazy. But it didn't cost me anything. The Axim is replacing my old Sony Clie T615C which wasn't exactly new when I got it. Wanted a PDA with audio/video/wifi that could run Skype.
2003 for me too, on my X5, and it is very stable, had much less troubles using my X5! :)

I tried the upgrade to WM5. That lasted about a day, not counting the two days it took me to downgrade back to 2003SE. I have not looked back. The WM5 CD is a coaster on my desk.
People get tired of hearing this, but its true. When I need real reliability I pick up the WM2003, the WM5 has let me down several times.
All my programs work with WM2003 and the battery life is great.
Just the way it is.

Would like to use WM05 or WM06 on X50v as I now have a Vistalaptop with Mobile Device Centre and I am interested in the Franklin Outlook app which states device needs to be WM05 compatible.
I'm still using WM2003SE on my X50V--as are about 130 people I've sold the same setup to. Don't confuse being old with being obsolete--that's the attitude that got everyone who upgraded their X50Vs to WM5 burned. WM2003SE runs every bit of software I've thrown at it, and it runs it beautifully--nice and fast with no crashes. It seems like WM5 was a step DOWN, at least in the Axim series, and WM6 is a worthwhile step up only if you're using the cell phone features (though it's certainly not a step down, as the reviews are pretty good).

Reason: correct typo
I recently downgraded my PPC back to Win2K3SE after upgrading it to WM5 and used it for over a year. If there weren't that many performance issues, I would've kept on using WM5. I'll miss the persistent memory feature, but in exchange, my device is so much more stable.
