I've kept my Ipaq hp1930 so I "still" using wm2003. but my axim x51v and my HTC s710 are wm6.1 :-). I've to admit that wm2003 was a great OS: RAM-ROM shared was not a big deal to me, at least PDA war really fast to access RAM and files, even if the x51v is the fastest PDA in the world main memory access is 10 times slower than it was on my HP 1930. :-(
I'm still using 2003 on my X5 Advanced, and on all my other PDAs, I'm using 2002. I even have an old Jornada that's running 2000 I just don't have the money to buy a new device, so I'll just have to use what I've got until they die
hx4700 with WM2003SE , too scared to change.. it works has rarely let me down and only when i am playing around on it.. i have thought of the new hacked WM6.01 but this thing works and i dont want to bugger it up....

I've had my HX4700 since October of 2004. Every time I tried a new ROM, I regretted it, so I'm still using 2003SE on my HX4700.
Last few days I have tried again with the 4700 using WM 6.1. It works better than the previous versions, but I have still got some issues. Not sure if it's worth the switch.
I use my device primarily as a video viewing and booking reading tool, with some PIM functionality. Those who rely heavily on wireless or Internet roles may feel differently than I.
