Who do you call..
Who at Dell is responsible for processing the free upgrade of MS Mobile 2003? I have ordered the upgrade 4 times and there is no order number at all associated with my customer number.Please help

the lady on chat ASSURED me it would be automatic, and that people who are eligible will automaticly be sent the copy. i'll believe it when i see it
